AI Operations Review + Toolkit

Your team already taught AI how your business works.

Backread reads your team's AI conversations, with their consent, and turns what works into tools they use every day. In weeks, inside the accounts you already have.

The problem

Most AI strategy starts from a whiteboard. Backread starts from the record.

Your people already use AI every day. On personal accounts, in private chats, with zero visibility.

Those chats are the most honest record of how your business actually runs: the drafts, the workarounds, the questions nobody asks out loud.

Most AI strategy starts from a whiteboard. Backread starts from that record.

How it works

READ, BUILD, RUN.

READ

The AI Operations Review.

Consented exports in, verdicts out. Every significant workflow rated KEEP, LEAVE, MODIFY, PATCH, REBUILD, or CREATE, with a risk register and a sequenced roadmap. Delivered in 5 business days, walked through live.

CAD $3,500 launch, rising to $4,500.

BUILD

The AI Toolkit.

Your top verdicts become working tools inside the accounts you already have: reusable skills, templates, guardrails, and small integrations. No new platform to adopt, nothing your team has to relearn. Scoped from your roadmap. From CAD $2,500, and 50% of your review fee is credited within 45 days.

Delivered with our systems partner.

RUN

The Re-read.

Every quarter: what changed, what got adopted, what drifted, what to build next. CAD $750 per quarter.

You can stop at the roadmap. Most teams have us build the top three verdicts instead.

Show the work

This is what you get.

The actual deliverable, populated with a fictional company. Yours looks exactly like this, about you.

Verdict vocabulary

Every workflow gets a verdict. Every verdict is buildable.

KEEPWorking well as-is in chat; leave it there, maybe template it.
LEAVELow value or personal use; not worth systematizing. Explicitly de-prioritized.
MODIFYRight task, wrong shape; change the practice (prompting, policy, handoffs).
PATCHKeep the workflow, add a guardrail or tool around it (template, checklist, integration).
REBUILDThe chat is compensating for a broken system; fix the underlying system (frequent Corbel handoff).
CREATEA workflow that should exist and doesn't; net-new build or buy.

Trust

We read content, safely. Never surveillance.

We read your AI logs so you don't have to expose them.

Consent per person

Participation is consented per person; anyone can delete personal conversations before exporting, or decline.

No names, no quotes

No names, no quotes, ever. Findings are patterns and counts.

30-day deletion

Your raw export is deleted within 30 days of delivery, with a written certificate.

Handled in Canada

Handled in Canada. Never sold, never used to train anything.

Approval every time

Nothing about you goes public without written approval, every time.

Free entry

The AI Usage Snapshot.

Not ready for the full review? Send one consented export and get the AI Usage Snapshot: top signals, two pages, 48-72 hours, free.

FAQ

Questions before the first call.

Why would we hand you our AI chats?

Three reasons. First, consent and contract: nothing is analyzed until the company and every participating team member have given written consent. Second, handling: we de-identify the data before analysis and return patterns, counts, and verdicts, not transcripts. Third, deletion: raw exports are deleted within 30 days of delivery, with a written certificate.

Our people used personal accounts. Is that a problem?

No. That is normal. Per-user export and consent handles it; decliners never block the review.

Is this just a report?

The review is step one, engineered to end in deployed tools: every verdict card is scoped so it can be built. You can stop at the roadmap. Most teams have us build.

What do you keep?

Nothing identifiable. You get a deletion certificate. Benchmarks are aggregate patterns only.

How fast?

Review: 5 business days from data received. Toolkit: typically 2-4 weeks per wave.

Can we run it ourselves?

A self-run tier is on the roadmap. Ask on the call.
